Our next big project is building a new home for ourselves just west of a lovely mountain town in Colorado called Salida.

We've found a 35 acre piece of land at 8500 feet that feels just right. It's at the bitter end of a county road and then another mile and a half of dusty trail. Perfect!

We became acquainted with Salida over a period of years when it was a favorite lunch stop during the Colorado Grand, a terrific four day vintage car rally.

We broke ground in May 2010. You are welcome to follow our progress on our blog if you like.
